Our bodies know exactly what to do when we eat real whole food. From that food all the vitamins and minerals are sent off to our cells and tissues and what is not needed is eliminated. People guilt themselves into thinking that they have no will power or are unable to stick to that diet but the fact is, their bodies are desperate for nutritious vitamin packed food.
Dehydration is a huge component to why people feel sluggish and have cravings. Water is essential for all life, and drinking the right amount is important to achieving optimum health. Water is unsurpassed in its ability to heal.

Haven't we all seen those people at the gym day after day, week after week, sweating and working out so hard you would think that they must be in the best shape of their lives. And maybe they are, but have you ever thought how come they are still over weight? 80-20 is the rule. 80% is what you eat. Yes you need to exercise, you need to keep that body moving. A body in motion stays in motion. In order to achieve the healthy body you desire, you must eat the food your body needs to function at it's best.

Food Synergy - getting the most out of proper food combining. There's more evidence that certain components in the food we eat, like minerals, vitamins, photochemicals, fibre and fat interact with each other to give our bodies extra disease protection. Certain foods eaten together bring out the best in each other nutritionally. An example of Food Synergy is using the herbal marinades on red meat. Herbs like Rosemary which have powerful antioxidants in them that help neutralize some of the free radicals that can form when meat is cooked at high temperature.

What Causes Allergy? Allergy results from various insults to the body as well as family history.
Allergy increase with age. They weaken the immune system, various stages of organ degeneration which then allows the accumulation of toxins leading to an overloaded liver.
Many people have no idea that the bloating/gas, migraine headaches, eczema, asthma, fatigue, aches and pains may actually be food sensitivity, Food Intolerance and or Food Allergy.
When toxic load is reached - allergy is one of the first symptoms to appear.
Another reason to keep that liver of yours at optimum health!!

While issues may have their roots in the mind or spirit, they have now manifested in the physical body. Nutritional recommendations are offered in conjunction with Lifestyle recommendations - as ALL aspects of the client I am working with (physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual) are taken into consideration.
Improving health is a partnership between client and myself as a Holistic Nutritionist.
Thoughts and feelings can alter, and be altered by, body chemistry - which is influenced by the foods we eat. Change your thoughts and you change your world!!
